dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена дослідженню концептуальних підходів до формування системи забезпечення стратегічного контролінгу. Визначені напрями побудови та функціонування системи стратегічного контролінгу. Запропонована інформаційна підтримка системи стратегічного контролінгу в державному регулюванні національної економіки. Запропоновано до складу інструментального забезпечення стратегічного контролінгу віднести моніторинг, GAP-аналіз, SWOT-аналіз, матрицю McKinsey-GE та ін., які уможливлюють процес виявлення та систематизації необхідної інформації з подальшою її обробкою, для отримання аналітичних даних з метою оцінки результатів системи державного регулювання макроекономічного середовища та формування відповідних планів та прогнозів розвитку національної економіки. Сформовано структуру інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення стратегічного контролінгу в системі державного регулювання національною економікою Проаналізовано функціональне, інформаційно-аналітичне та методичне забезпечення системи стратегічного контролінгу в державному регулюванні національної економіки. Досліджено специфічні особливості інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення стратегічного контролінгу в системі державного регулювання національною економікою.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the study of conceptual approaches to the formation of a system of strategic control. The directions of construction and functioning of the strategic control system are determined. The information support of the strategic control system in the state regulation of the national economy is proposed. The strategic control toolkit is proposed to include monitoring, GAP, SWOT analysis, McKinsey-GE matrix, etc., which enable the process of detection and systematization of the necessary information with its further processing, for obtaining analytical data for the purpose of evaluating the results of the state regulation system. the macroeconomic environment and the formation of relevant plans and forecasts for the development of the national economy. The structure of information and analytical support of strategic control in the system of state regulation by the national economy is formed. The functional, informational and analytical and methodological support of the system of strategic control in the state regulation of the national economy is analyzed. The specific features of informational and analytical provision of strategic control in the system of state regulation by the national economy are investigated. Conceptual approaches to the formation of a system of strategic control in the state regulation of the national economy that are intended for informational and analytical support of the activity of the relevant state institutions on the basis of a system approach that provides composition and dynamism of controlling procedures are proposed. The proposed system of strategic control support consists of separate segments of information-analytical, functional and methodological support, which help to increase the focus on solving certain strategic questions of regulation and management on macro- and meso-geometries, using the optimal tools not only of general direction but also of special influence, which provides an opportunity to increase the socio-economic efficiency of state regulation of the macroeconomic environment. The multidimensionality of strategic control in state regulation is related to the multifunctionality of the controlling system, which is disclosed through appropriate security tools and takes into account classical levers and current trends. It is proved that the creation of the Department of State Controlling in the system of state institutions will provide an opportunity for prompt resolution of information and analytical support in identifying and making important decisions regarding the state regulation of the macroeconomic environment.
