dc.description.abstractДосліджено антибіотичну активність екзометаболітів, що продуку-ються штамами Bacillus subtilis ОНУ 481, Bacillus megaterium ОНУ 484, Bacillus atrophaeus MH4, B. subtilis МБ1 щодо тест-мікроорганізмів E. coli ATCC 25922, S. aureus ATCC 25923, C. albicans ОНУ 425. Результати, що було отримано в процесі дослідження, показали, що всі досліджувані мікроорганізми характеризуються здатністю до синтезу антимікробних екзометаболітів. Отримані зразки в більшості виявили ак-тивність щодо грибів та два штами ˗ щодо грамнегативної бактерії E. coli. Це свідчить про те, що дані штами є перспективними продуцентами анти-біотиків, що робіть можливим їх використання в біотехнологічних цілях. Роботу викладено на 41 сторінці, вона містить 1 таблицю та 3 рису-нки. Наведено посилання на 55 джерел літератури (13 кирилицею та 42 латиницею).uk_UA
dc.description.abstractAntibiotic activity of exometabolites synthesized by Bacillus subtilis ОНУ 481, Bacillus megaterium ОНУ 484, Bacillus atrophaeus MH4, B. subtilis МБ1 against test-microorgamisms E. coli ATCC 25922, S. aureus ATCC 25923, C. albicans ОНУ 425 was studied. The results, which were processed during the pre-release process, showed that all studied microorganisms are characterized by antimicrobial exometabolites production ability. The obtained samples mostly showed activ-ity against fungi and two strains ˗ against the gram-negative bacterium E. coli. This suggests that these strains are promising producers of antibiotics, that make it possible to use them for biotechnological purposes. Course work is expounded on 41 pages, it contains 1 table and 3 figures. It provides links to 55 references (13 cyrillic and 42 latinic).
