The problem, as a result the applying of Fourier transformation and solving of the one-dimensional discontinuous boundary value problem, has been reduced to the singular integral equation, the solution of which is constructed by the help of orthogonal polynomials method in the form of series by Chebyshev polynomials of second kind. The cofficients of the series are the solutions of the infinite system of the linear algebraic equations of the second kind of a type Poincare-Koch.
