Biochemical parameters of macrophytes in littoral recreation area aquatories of the Tiligul estuary in vernal period(2013) Bayraktar, Vasyl M.; Polukarova, L. A.; А.The macrophyte species composition and seasonal biomass in the spring period was investigated in representatives of green and red algae-macrophytes in each recreation area of the Tiligul estuary. The macroand micro-element content in a homogenate of macrophytes was studied. Hydrochemical investigation of the littoral waters and surface and deep layers of the soil in the recreational areas of the Tiligul estuary was carried out. In red algae-macrophytes, a high correlation was noted between the following parameters: potassium and sodium; potassium and calcium; potassium and magnesium; sodium and chloride; calcium and chloride; and magnesium and chloride. A very high correlation between potassium and chloride was also noted. In green algae-macrophytes, there is a high correlation between indices such as: phosphorus and iron. We found that the biomass of algae-macrophytes across five recreational areas was highest in the «Atamanskaya Kosa» sector, both in the composition of macrophyte species and their biomass, while the lowest was observed in the «Tashinskoe» recreational area. We conducted complex measurements in the spring season, which allowed us to establish the ecological status of Tiligul estuary coastal waters. Biochemical properties green and red macrophyte species from littoral waters of estuary(2013) Bayraktar, Vasyl M.; Polukarova, L. A.; А.Algae can be an interesting natural source of novel compounds with biological activity. Some algae are organisms that live in complex habitats subjected to extreme environmental conditions (salinity, temperature, and nutrients). The diversity of macrophyte species plays a significant role, since some species belong to the green or red macrophyte species. Both species grow in the coastal waters along the estuary and in different areas grow different species of algae with a different amount of biomass per square meter of littoral waters. We have interest mainly in the five recreation areas of the Tiligul estuary. It includes: Tashinskaya, Atamanskaya Kosa (Chieftain Spit), Anatolevskaya, Chervono-Ukrainka and Koblevo recreation areas. Cystoseira barbata, macrophyte in the Tiligul estuary (north-western Black Sea region)(2023) Bayraktar, Vasyl M.; Polukarova, L. A.Cystoseira barbata (Stackhouse) C.A. Agardh, 1820, is perennial brown algae belonging to the class of Phaeophiceae, attached to the genus Cystoseira. A characteristic feature of this type Cystoseira is the branching of the thalom which is growing under water. Cystoseira barbata (Stackhouse) C.A. Agardh, 1820, is represented by estuary population, which is considered as a reserve for its restoration in the Tiligul esatuary. Ecological status of littoral aquatories the Tiligul estuary and recreational areas(2017) Bayraktar, Vasyl M.; Polukarova, L. A.; The research of macrophyte species, their content, quantity, biochemical properties and hydro-chemical content of water, mud in the Tiligul estuary was done. According to the results which were received the assessment of the ecological situation of Tiligul estuary was made during five years, from 2012 till 2017. It was established that closing the cannel which connected Tiligul estuary and the Black Sea the salinity of water in the estuary began to increase. However the increase of the salinity of water didn’t affect the growth, the development and the quantity of macrophytes. Thus the coastal aquatories of the estuary was settled by green and red species of microphytes. Environmental assessment the coastal aquatory of Kuialnik estuary: microphytes, zoobenthos, diversity of microbiota in the water and peloids(2012) Bayraktar, Vasyl M.; Polukarova, L. A.; We determined the concentration of macro- and microelements, such as: sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, chlorides. We have also measured the concentration of hydrogen ions (pH) and nitrogen of urea in samples of water and peloids which were taken from different places of Kuialnik estuary including territories around of such villages: Kotovka, Iliinka, Kovalevka, Novo Kovalevka, Belyayevsky district of Odessa region and such villages as: Korsuntsev, Krasnosilka, Kominternivskiy district of Odessa region. It was found that concentration of sodium and chlorides was high and increased from southern area to the northern part of Kuialnik estuary where volume of water is lesser. Hydrochemical investigation showed that concentration of macro- and microelements in the deep soils (peloids) was lesser than in water samples and soils taken from the bottom of estuary. Investigation of tissue homogenates of brine shrimp (Artemia salina) showed high enzyme activity of lactate dehydrogenase, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase. The same biochemical parameters tested in biomass of blue-green algae (cyanoprokaryota), unicellular algae Microcystis sp. where high activity of alkaline phosphatase and high concentration of calcium, potassium and iron were registered. We studied the following microbiota: ferro-oxidizing bacteria (destructors of iron), manganese-oxidizing bacteria (destructors of manganese), sulfate-reducing bacteria, mycobacterium, thiobacteria and representatives from some other microbial groups in the water and peloid samples. Such integrated environmental investigation allowed to assess the environmental situation in different plots of the Kuialnik estuary more properly and complete. Summer seasonal enzyme activity, macro- and microelements in macrophytes isolated from littoral aquatories of the Tiligul estuary(2014) Bayraktar, Vasyl M.; Polukarova, L. A.; In the article given results of the summer seasonal enzyme activity, concentration of macro-and microelements, some parameters of cellular metabolism in macrophyte isolated from littoral aquatories of the Tiligul estuary. It was indicated enzyme activity in the summer. Investigation of qualitative and quantitative composition of macrophyte and their biochemical parameters on example of enzyme activity, concentration of macro-and microelements, some metabolic parameters allow us better and fully to assess ecological status of coastal waters of small rivers [1, 4]. Green and red algae living in littoral aquatories significantly act to the common ecological condition and furthermore, red algae also are indicators of environmental situation in water ecosystem [1, 6]. Hydrochemical parameters of water and soil also needs to be monitored for timely assessment of possibly changes. Environmental monitoring is an integrated observation system the environmental situation of the ecology which allows to evaluate and forecast the state of the environment under the influence of natural and anthropogenic factors. Problem of ecological monitoring due to the increasing anthropogenic and industrial impact on the environment are actual. When water pollution changes the mactophyte species composition, their biomass production, morphological abnormalities occur. There is a change of dominant species that allow to determine features of cenosisДокумент The environmental assessment of coastal aquatory the Tiligul estuary by bioindicators: macrophytes, zoobenthos and microbiota(2012) Polukarova, L. A.; Bayraktar, Vasyl M.; Полукарова, Л. We have investigated the Tiligul estuary algae species including red, green and brown macrophytes. It has been determined what is the level of enzymatic activity, protein, carbohydrate, lipidic, nitrogenous metabolism and concentration of macro- and microelements. Apart from macrophytes we have analysed filtering capabilities of tissues and compared it to the biochemical parameters of collected samples containing of mollusca – Mitilaster lineatus and brine shrimp – Artemia salina. For indication of anthropogenic load to the environment, the microbiota content in the coastal aquatory of water was examined. We have found that macrophytes content during summer is rich and has a good enzymatic activity. Another finding is the fact that mollusca – Mitilaster lineatus and brine shrimp – Artemia salina take an active part in self-purification of Tiligul estuary. It was determined that microbiota has antropogenic load to the environment in amount which could be acceptable by nature for self-elimination coliform bacteria which are conditional pathogenic. In conclusion, our investigation has confirmed a clear correlation between isolated bacteries, yeast and fungi. The investigation included parmeters of enzyme activity, concentrations of macro- and micrioelements and metabolism for each isolate of microbiota.
