Currently, knowledge in the field of strategic management and the ability of entrepreneurs and managers to choose the right direction for the development of the organization are becoming a decisive factor in the success of any organization, regardless of the field of activity and the industry of business. This is due to factors such as increased competition in all sectors of economic activity without exception, urgent requirements for business innovation imposed by the rules of competition, globalization and internationalization of business and many other areas of social life, which involve almost all countries and regions in their orbit. Strategic management is also necessary to determine long-term development prospects on a rational, scientific basis, plan the resources necessary for the implementation of selected strategies, and develop effective mechanisms for monitoring the implementation of the strategy.
