The process of land reform during the 1990-2014 triggered the transformation of property relations. In agriculture, there were created new market-oriented economic structures in terms of size and specialization, which use the land leased from farmers. At the same time, the issue of forming effective forms of farming in terms of production and investments and resolving important social and economic issues based on this is the important task of economic science. Thus, L. Zastavnyuk and V. Zigry note that “despite a number of important institutional, economic and legal measures related to the transition to private ownership of land and its transfer to the ownership of farmers, the formation of market-oriented economic structures and achievement of certain positive developments based on this, the agriculture has long been in a critical state” (Zastavnyuk, 2011).
