У роботі визначено необхідність та актуальність дослідження фінансової екосистеми як сучасної моделі реалізації
економічних відносин. Розглянуто особливості фінансової екосистеми в умовах становлення цифрової економіки та динамічного впровадження інформаційних та цифрових технологій у
сферу фінансових послуг. Досліджено основні підходи до тлумачення поняття «фінансова екосистема». Узагальнено три
найбільш науково обґрунтованих підходів до розкриття сутності поняття «фінансова екосистема». Наведено авторське
бачення сутності поняття «фінансова екосистема», в якому
зроблено акцент на швидкості, зручності та повноті задоволення потреб клієнтів в онлайн-режимі. Досліджено два підходи
до визначення структури фінансової екосистеми. Розглянуто
основні елементи структури фінансової екосистеми.
В работе определены необходимость и актуальность исследования финансовой экосистемы как современной модели реализации экономических отношений. Рассмотрены особенности финансовой экосистемы в условиях становления цифровой экономики и динамичного внедрения информационных и цифровых технологий в сферу финансовых услуг. Исследованы основные подходы к толкованию понятия «финансовая экосистема». Определены три наиболее научно обоснованных подхода к раскрытию сущности понятия «финансовая экосистема». Представлено авторское видение сущности понятия «финансовая экосистема», в котором сделан акцент на скорости, удобстве и полноте удовлетворения потребностей клиентов в онлайн-режиме. Исследованы два подхода к определению структуры финансовой экосистемы. Рассмотрены основные элементы структуры финансовой экосистемы.
The work identifies the necessity and urgency of studying the financial ecosystem as a modern model for the implementation of economic relations. The features of the financial ecosystem in the context of the formation of the digital economy and the dynamic implementation of information and digital technologies in the field of financial services are considered. These features give the following advantages: expand the opportunities for the formation of new relationships and cooperation to solve acute social and environmental problems; contribute to the implementation of the concept of sustainable development of the financial sector of the national economy; expand the use of the creative and intellectual potential of financial market participants; increase the rate of learning, creation, implementation and use of various innovations in the financial sector; provide complex interaction of stakeholders in the framework of international cooperation. The main approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "financial ecosystem" are investigated. The three most scientifically grounded approaches to disclosing the essence of the concept of "financial ecosystem" have been identified. The author's vision of the essence of the concept of "financial ecosystem" is presented, in which the em phasis is placed on the speed, convenience and completeness of customer satisfaction online. Two approaches to determining the structure of the financial ecosystem have been investigated: the first provides for the definition of the structure of the financial ecosystem in other industries and using the method of analogy of its application in the financial sphere; the second is based on taking into account the specific features of the financial ecosystem. The main elements of the structure of the financial ecosystem at the national level are considered: financial service providers (companies and special government institutions); infrastructure and technology (companies and special government institutions); expertise (market participants and special government institutions). Further research is planned to assess the financial ecosystem of Ukraine at the present stage of management.
В работе определены необходимость и актуальность исследования финансовой экосистемы как современной модели реализации экономических отношений. Рассмотрены особенности финансовой экосистемы в условиях становления цифровой экономики и динамичного внедрения информационных и цифровых технологий в сферу финансовых услуг.
