In the context of globalization, the country's economic management mode and policy choice play a vital role in its economic development and stability. Fiscal policy, as the core element of national economic management, directly affects the national economic growth, employment, price stability and other macroeconomic indicators. Different countries choose different fiscal policy paths according to their economic, political and social backgrounds, and these choices reflect the national economic management philosophy and strategies.
