Анотація
За результатами досліджень надана характеристика фенотипової і генетичної структури за локусом забарвлення мушлі угруповань мідії з різних частин шельфу Одеського заливу: мису Є, Одеського порту і пляжу Ланжерон. В трьох досліджуваних ділянках шельфу в Одеській затоці з 2007 по 2013 роки було виявлено мідії Mytilus galloprovincialis з трьома типами фенотипів за кольором мушлі: з синьо-фіолетовим забарвленням, зі світлим коричнево-сірим і темно-коричневим забарвленням. Досліджено динаміку частот виявлених фенотипів в угрупованнях мідій, що мешкали на шельфі затоки. Проведено порівняльний аналіз спостережуваних і теоретично очікуваних частот генотипів в досліджуваних локалітетах молюсків.
According to the research the characteristics of phenotypic and genetic structure by locus of color shell mussels groups from different parts of the shelf in Odessa gulf: cape, Odessa port and Langeron beach. In three studied areas were discovered mussels of Odessa Gulf shelf from 2007 to 2013. There were three types of mussels shell 3 color phenotypes, (blue-purple color, light brownish-gray and dark-brown). These communities dynamics of frequencies were investigated for phenotypes of Odessa Bay. A comparative analysis of observed and theoretically expected genotype frequencies shell for the studied localities of shellfish was perfomed.
