dc.description.abstractНаукова стаття присвячена дослідженню питання класифікації електронних послуг. Визначено ознаки та поняття електронної послуги. У науковій статті визначено підходи до класифікації електронних послуг. Проведено аналіз існуючих класифікаційних моделей, заснованих на критеріях функціонального призначення, галузевої приналежності, суб’єктного складу, способах взаємодії з користувачем та технологіях, що використовуються. Запропоновано класифікації, які враховують різні аспекти надання послуг в електронному форматі. Виокремлено основні критерії класифікації та визначено види електронних послуг. Запропоновано класифікацію електронних послуг в залежності від таких критеріїв: в залежності від сфери діяльності електронних послуг, що надаються; за способом оплати; за критерієм участі у купівлі-продажу; в залежності від форми власності суб’єкта господарювання, що надає послугу; за кількістю складових процесів та складності надання; в залежності від терміну надання послуги; за мотивацією споживача; за статусом організації, що надає послугу. uk
dc.description.abstractThe scientific article is devoted to the study of the issue of classification of electronic services. The features and concepts of electronic services are determined. The following features of a service are identified: a service is a certain activity; it does not have a material embodiment; it is consumed in the process of execution; the results of such “consumption” can be used in the future. There is offered the definition of a service as a certain activity of subjects that does not have a material embodiment, is consumed in the process of execution and the result of such activity can be used in the future. The scientific article defines approaches to the classification of electronic services. An analysis of existing classification models based on the criteria of functional purpose, industry affiliation, subject composition, methods of interaction with the user and technologies used is carried out. Classifications are proposed that take into account various aspects of the provision of services in electronic format. It is also noted that the classification of electronic services helps to understand what types of services are provided digitally and in which industries they are most in demand. This allows better organization of the provision of these services, as well as analysis and forecasting of their development. The main classification criteria are identified and types of electronic services are defined. A classification of electronic services is proposed depending on the following criteria: depending on the field of activity of electronic services provided; by the method of payment; by the criterion of participation in the purchase and sale; depending on the form of ownership of the business entity providing the service; by the number of component processes and the complexity of the provision; depending on the term of service provision; by consumer motivation; by the status of the organization providing the service. It is noted in the scientific article that when classifying electronic services, it is important to take into account all these criteria, as they allow for a more accurate determination of the characteristics and features of each specific service.en
