Анотація
Павлишена О.М. Кроскультурний підхід в системі університетської іншомовної освіти. - Дипломна робота магістра. Дипломна робота магістра присвячена дослідженню проблеми вдосконалення університетської іншомовної освіти студентів як майбутніх фахівців на засадах кроскультурного підходу. Розкрито сутність і специфіку кроскультурного підходу як стратегії вдосконалення якості університетської іншомовної освіти студентів. Продемонстровано, що кроскультурний підхід - це спосіб розуміння істини, що стосується поведінки, а також психологічних принципів взаємодії людей, як унiверсальних або як культуро-специфічних. Кроскультурний пiдхід зумовлює кращий базис, щоб зрозумiти культурні відмінностi, поважати й оцінити їх, перейнятися ними, коли вони виявляються. Узагальнено, що важливість впровадження кроскультурного підходу зумовленa вимогами глобалізаційних процесів, пошуком нових підходів до виховaння студентської молоді на перетині культур, суттю якого є розуміння феноменів життя у різноманітності їхніх культурних проявів. За даними експериментальної роботи, проведеної на базі студентів ОНУ ім. І.І. Мечникова упродовж 2018-2019 навчального року, з’ясовано, що більшість студентів як провідних суб’єктів університетської іншомовної освіти має середній і низький рівні сформованості готовності до кроскультурної взаємодії. Студентів із низьким рівнем виявлено 42,7%, із середнім – 36,9%, з високим – тільки 20,7%.
Pavlyshena O.M. The Cross-Cultural Approach Within the University System of The Foreign Language Education. - Master's thesis. The master's thesis is devoted to the research of the problem of improving the university foreign language education of students as future specialists on the basis of the cross-cultural approach. The essence and specifics of the cross-cultural approach, as a strategy of improving the quality of university foreign language education of students, are revealed. Cross-cultural approach has been demonstrated as a way of understanding the truth about behavior, as well as the psychological principles of human interaction, both universal and cultural specifics. The cross-cultural approach provides a better basis for understanding, respecting, and appreciating cultural differences, as they emerge. It is generalized that the importance of introducing a cross-cultural approach is conditioned by the requirements of globalization processes, the search for new approaches to the education of students. According to the experimental study that was conducted on the basis of students of Mechnikov National University, during the 2018-2019 academic year, we have concluded that most students as leading subjects of university foreign language education have medium and low levels of readiness for cross-cultural interaction. 42.7% of students were identified with low level and 36.9% with average and 20.7% with high level.
