На базе индуктивного анализа охарактеризована роль евреев-интеллектуалов в пестроте тенденций развития библиотековедения. Представлены судьбы одесских библиотечных евреев-работников в контексте перипетий указанного периода.The article is devoted to coverage of poorly understood in modern historiography actual scientific topics relating to the history of library staffing agencies USSR in 1920–1930 years. This article explores the role of Jewish scholars in the development of libraries in the Soviet Union in the first half of the 20th century. Based on inductive analysis describes the role of Jewish intellectuals in diversity trends of the library. Presented by the fate of the Odessa Jewish librarians in the context of vicissitudes given period. From the content of the research is clear that USSR in librarianship has been a change in policy emphasis of the Soviet authorities to the national question in the formation of the staff of the library facilities.
