Автором визначено основні тенденції розвитку лівих рухів в Європі та в Україні.The article is devoted to the analysis of trends in the development of left-wing movements in Europe an countries and Ukraine. The causes of the popularity crisis of the left ideology in the 1990s and its development at the turn of the twenty-first century are examined. The article defines the main features and the features of the modern left movement transformations, traces the dynamics of the electoral inquiry on them. The parliamentary and extraparliamentary activity of European and Ukrainian left is political forces was analyzed in the article. The author identify as the main trends in the development of left-wing movements in Europe and in Ukraine.
