Отримані дані свідчить про те, що в тканинах печінки взаємодія тіаміну і його метаболітів спрямована на утворення ТДФ. Крім того в цьому органі тіохром здатен витісняти тіамін з тканинних депо. В головному мозку введення ТДФ призводило до прискорення метаболізму тіаміну. В крові взаємодія між тіаміном і його метаболітами призводила до зниження його рівня. The data obtained indicate that in liver tissues the interaction of thiamine and its metabolites is directed to the formation of TDF. In addition, thiochromium in this organ is able to displace thiamine from tissue depots. In the brain, administration of TDF led to an increase in thiamine metabolism. In blood, the interaction between thiamine and its metabolites has led to a decrease in its level. The work contained 42 pages, it contains 3 tables and 2 figures.
