Уточнено зміст поняття «якість освітнього процесу у закладах вищої освіти в умовах війни» та показано, як на якість освітнього процесу у ЗВО впливають зовнішні соціальні чинники, зокрема повномасштабна збройна агресія. Узагальнено міжнародний досвід функціонування систем вищої освіти в умовах війни, криз та надзвичайних ситуацій і визначено можливості його адаптації до українського контексту. Запропоновано систему практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення якості освітнього процесу на інституційному, педагогічному рівнях та рівні освітньої політики в умовах війни та повоєнного відновлення. Дипломну (магістерську) роботу викладено на 107 сторінках. Наведено посилання на 70 джерел літератури.The thesis examines the impact of military conditions on the quality of the educational process in higher education institutions of Ukraine. The concept and structure of the “quality of the educational process in higher education under wartime conditions” are clarified; its key components (content, organizational and activity-related, environmental, and quality assurance) are identified, and the mechanisms of their transformation under the influence of external social factors, in particular full-scale armed aggression, are revealed. International experience of higher education systems functioning in situations of war, crises and emergencies is summarized, and possibilities of its adaptation to the Ukrainian context are outlined. A system of practical recommendations is proposed to improve the quality of the educational process at institutional and pedagogical levels, as well as at the level of educational policy in conditions of war and post-war recovery. The master’s thesis is presented on 107 pages.
