Показано, що дріжджеподібні гриби роду Candida у вагітних виявляються у формі моно інфекції (62,2%) і мікстіфекції з бактеріями Leptothrix vaginalis (37,8%). Визначено чутливість ізольованих штамів роду Candida до антимікотичних препаратів. Встановлено високу чутливість Candida albicans до амфотерицину В та флуканозолу, яки можна рекомендувати як препарати вибору для лікування вагітних жинок з симптомокомплексом вульвовагініту.The incidence of vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnant women was studied. It is shown that yeast-like fungi of the genus Candida in pregnant women are found in the form of mono infection (62.2%) and mixed infection with Leptothrix vaginalis bacteria (37.8%). The sensitivity of isolated Candida strains to antifungal drugs was determined.
