Розкрита актуальність даних процесів та їх прямий вплив на інноваційний розвиток професійної системи менеджменту. Визначаються основні особливості формування функціонального підходу до розвитку менеджменту. Показана роль функцій в системі спеціалізації управлінської діяльності та їх структурна систематизація з визначенням основних функціональних технологій менеджменту. Доводиться необхідність системної інтеграції функцій менеджменту для подальшого формування їх інтегральної якості. Пропонується розглядати інтегральну якість функцій менеджменту в системній взаємодії з методами, структурою і сполучними процесами, які разом визначають базові елементи професійної системи менеджменту. Розглядається системне порівняння процесів інтегральності та інтегрованості в розвитку менеджменту. Визначаються процеси інтегральності функцій менеджменту як внутрішні якісні тенденції інноваційного розвитку системи менеджменту, а процеси інтегрованості як стан менеджменту, який був включений у більшу систему. Запропоновані головні концепти і структурні компоненти методології інтегральної якості стосовно функцій менеджменту. Звертається увага на процеси актуалізації дослідження інтегральної якості функцій менеджменту та удосконалення методологічних умов і оцінок цього процесу. Визначаються напрямки сучасної підготовки професійних кадрів менеджменту.The article presents a position on the formation and development of the methodology of the integral quality of management functions. The relevance of these processes and their direct impact on the innovative development of the professional management system are revealed. The main features of the formation of a functional approach to management development are determined. The role of functions in the system of specialization of management activities and their structural systematization are shown with the definition of the main functional management technologies. The need for systemic integration of management functions for the further formation of their integral quality is proved. It is proposed to consider the integral quality of management functions in the system and interaction with methods, structure and connecting processes, which together determine the basic elements of the professional management system. A systematic comparison of the processes of integrity and integration in the development of management is considered. The processes of integrity of management functions are defined as internal qualitative trends of the innovative development of the management system, and the processes of integration as the state of management, which has been included in a larger system. The main concepts and structural components of the methodology of integral quality in relation to management functions are proposed. Attention is paid to the processes of updating the study of the integral quality of management functions and improving the methodological conditions and assessments of this process.
