Зміни, що відбуваються в суспільстві, значно впливають на формування ціннісної сфери особистості і на її індивідуальний життєвий шлях в цілому. Мотиваційно-ціннісна сфера особистості має чітку структуру, до якої входять такі первинні елементи як ціннісні та смисложиттєві орієнтації особистості, її локус контролю, спрямованість, рівень мотивації досягнень.Статья посвящена теоретическому анализу особенностей формирования мотивационно-ценностной сферы личности. Изменения, которые происходят в обществе, значительно влияют на формирование ценностной сферы личности и на ее индивидуальный жизненный путь в целом. Мотивационно-ценностная сфера личности имеет четкую структуру, в которую входят такие первичные элементы как ценностные и смысложизненные ориентации личности, ее локус контроля, направленность, уровень мотивации достижений.The of article is sanctified to the theoretical analysis of features of forming of the motivational-valued sphere of personality. Wide interest in science to the problems of research of the motivational-valued sphere of personality resulted in expansion of the problem scientific field, when this phenomenon is examined in modern psychological science as differently directed and continuous, as connection of the subjective past and future.
