Визначено, що активність КФ, еластази, уреази та вміст МДА у слизових оболонках шлунку, тонкого та товстого кишечника щурів зростали у порівняні з контролем. Встановлено зниження активності ензимної ланки антиоксидантного захисту (каталази), у слизових оболонках усіх досліджуваних відділів травного тракту щурів з змодельованою інтоксикацією. З’ясовано, що у щурів, які отримували профілактику на тлі інтоксикації, спостерігався спад активності всіх ензимів порівняно з показниками інтоксикованих щурів.The condition of the mucous membranes of the digestive tract of rats under conditions of aluminum intoxication was investigated. It was determined that the activity of all enzymes (acid phosphatase, elastase, urease) and the content of MDA in the mucous membranes of the stomach, small and large intestine of rats increased compared to the control. A decrease in the activity of the enzyme link of antioxidant protection, in particular the activity of catalase, was established in the mucous membranes of all the studied departments of the digestive tract of rats with simulated intoxication.
