Розглянуто особливості застосування системи бережливого виробництва на українських підприємствах.The purpose of the article is to study the principles of the concept of “lean production” and to consider the specifcs of their implementation in the national enterprises. In the conditions of growing competition and rapid changes in consumer preferences for modern business entities, it is simply necessary to introduce innovative production management approaches. One of the most effective of them is lean production technology. The basic idea of lean production is the corporation’s desire to reduce processes and operations associated with unnecessary costs.
