У роботі проаналізовано поняття професійна компетеність як психолого-педагогічна проблема, уточнено визначення поняття «професійна компетентність викладача». Вивчено структуру професійної компетеності викладача закладу вищої освіти та визначені компоненти, показники, критерії досліджуваної якості. Вивчення особливостей інтерактивних технологій навчання дозволило разробити власну класифікацію та визначити найбільш ефективні технології для формування професійної компетентності викладача. У практичній частині проведено вивчення рівнів розвитку компонентів професійної компетентності майбутніх викладачів серед магістрів Одеського національного університету імені І.І.Мечникова. Спираючись на визначені недоліки сформованого рівня професійної компетеності розроблені приклади занять з курсу «Педагогіка вищої школи» з використанням інтерактивних технологій навчання.The qualification work analyzes the use of interactive learning technologies as a means of forming the professional competence of future teachers. The article analyzes the concept of professional competence as a psychological and pedagogical problem, clarifies the definition of the concept of "professional competence of a teacher". The study examines the structure of professional competence of a teacher of a higher educational institution and defines the components, indicators and criteria of the quality under study. Studying the features of interactive learning technologies allowed us to create our own classification and determine the most effective technologies for forming a teacher's professional competence. In the practical part, a study of the levels of development of components of professional competence of future teachers among masters of the I. I. Mechnikov Odessa National University was conducted.
