З усіх груп людських ресурсів проєкту, команда проєкту найбільше впливає на успіх усього проєкту. Саме ця група формує бачення проєкту, тому якість її роботи найбільше залежить від особистості кожного члена проєктної команди. При цьому, незважаючи на тенденцію зростання ролі управління людськими ресурсами у проєктах, стає проблемою типова для багатьох проєктів ситуація вирішення менш ніж половини проблем управління персоналом.In the conditions of uncertainty and the state of war and the dynamics of its impact on the development of many sectors of the Ukrainian economy, including the maritime industry, the development of project management methodology is becoming increasingly important. Of all the human resource groups of a project, the project team has the greatest impact on the success of the entire project. It is this group that forms the vision of the project, so the quality of its work depends most on the personality of each member of the project team.
