Territorial idea and spatial paradigm cannot to secure optimal usage of natural resources and environment preservation already. New scientific information urgent request any systematization and hierarchic construction in according to interest of practical activity. Geography cover proved to be more complicated, and it include not landscape part merely, but coastal part and oceanic parts also.
