Показано, що використання озонотерапії у комплексному лікуванні гострого розлитого перитоніту викликало швидше відновлення імунорезистентності та зменшувало ризик ускладнень. Крім того відбувалась оптимізація процесів метаболізму та скоріше зникання об’єктивних та суб’єктивних симптомів хвороби у пацієнтів. Показники крові не відрізнялись від фізіологічної норми вже за 7 днів. Мета роботи - визначення ефективності впливу озонотерапії на ліквідацію запального процесу розлитого перитоніту у постопераційному періоді.During the course of the work, blood tests and cultures were conducted to monitor the concentration of pathogenic microorganisms and the number of blood cells in the control and main groups of patients. It was shown that the use of ozone therapy in the complex treatment of acute perforated peritonitis caused faster restoration of immunoreactivity and reduced the risk of complications. In addition, the optimization of metabolic processes and the disappearance of objective and subjective symptoms of the disease in patients took place. Blood indices did not differ from the physiological norm in 7 days.
