В усіх випадках додавання лактобактерій у суспензії для обробки паростків виявлявся позитивний ефект на довжину стебел на коренів рослин, у порівнянні з варіантами вимоченими у воді. Кращий ефект у більшості випадків мали обробки 1% суспензією добових культур лактобацил...Stimulation activity of some Lactobacillus plantarum strains isolated from plant material and their consortia was studied on garden cress seedlings. In all cases, the addition of lactic acid bacteria in suspensions for the treatment of seeds showed positive effect on stem and root lenght as compared with the seeds soaked in water. 1% suspension of overnight cultures of lactobacilli had the best effect. The bacteria influence on the productive ability and the growth of cress seedlings, tomatoes and wheat in greenhouse conditions was also examined. The productive ability of test-plants increased up to 5-30% after their consortia, and the average root length and stem height increased up to 64% and 50% correspondingly. The consortium ONU 12+355 treayment raised the tomatoe`s mass in 8,9 times compared with the control samples. The strains ONU 12, ONU 355 and their consortia in concentraitions 0,1-0,0001% showed maximum influence on the wheat.uk091 біологіякрес-салатпшеницятоматиgarden cresswheattomatoesDiplomas
