Given the difficult realities of today, namely rising inflation, an increase in the state budget deficit, the war with Russia, the COVID-19 pandemic, excessive growth of the money supply, and a decrease in the gold and foreign exchange reserves, the effective use of fiscal and monetary levers of economic development is of particular relevance.
