Сметанюк. – Одеса, 2023. – 35 с.https://dspace.onu.edu.ua/handle/123456789/36545Роботу було присвячено дослідженню синтезу антимікробних сполук морськими бактеріями роду Bacillus, зокрема деякими штамами Bacillus subtilis, за умов утворення ними біоплівок. Досліджувані штами Bacillus subtilis in vitro характеризувались здатністю до утворення біоплівки: впродовж семі діб для відповідного процесу було зафіксовано стадії адгезії, агрегації та дозрівання. Найбільш інтенсивно серед досліджуваних штамів біоплівкоутворення здійснювалось культурою Bacillus subtilis МН6. Сполуки, що утворювались досліджуваними штамами бацил впродовж стаціонарної фази росту, при їх культивуванні у формі біоплівки, за рівнем протимікробної активності практично не відрізнялались від тих, що накопичувались у суспензійній культурі. Більш ефективне пригнічення в обох випадках здійснювалось для грампозитивного тест-мікроорганізму (S. aureus ATCC 25923), ніж грамнегативного (E. coli ATCC 25922).The work was devoted to study of the synthesis of antimicrobial compounds by marine bacteria of the Bacillus genus, in particular some strains of Bacillus subtilis, under the conditions of their formation of biofilms. The studied Bacillus subtilis strains in vitro were characterized by their ability to form a biofilm: the stages of adhesion, aggregation and maturation were detected for the corresponding process within seven days. Among the studied strains, the most intensive biofilm formation was carried out by the Bacillus subtilis МН6. The compounds formed by the studied Bacillus strains during the stationary phase of growth, during their cultivation in the form of a biofilm, did not differ in terms of antimicrobial activity from those accumulated in the suspension culture.uk162 біотехнології та біоінженеріясуспензійна культурабіоплівкаморські бактеріїсинтезDiplomas
