At present, a integrated EU banking system, with which the banking systems of other European countries cooperate, is being formed. The EU banking system has already gained considerable experience in balancing the management of national banking systems on the single currency basis. This experience is important for the rapid development of the Ukrainian banking system. First of all, it concerns the directions of participation of Ukrainian business in the European integration, secondly, it concerns the cooperation of Ukrainian banks with European banking systems, and thirdly, it concerns the conditions of European banks’ activity in the Ukrainian banking system.
