Встановлено високу фенол-деструктивну активність штаму Фс13, який за фенотиповими, культуральними та фізіолого-біохімічними властивостями був ідентифікований як Bacillus subtilis 13. Іммобілізація клітин бактерій Васillus subtilis 13 на носіях-сорбентах призводила до підвищення ефективності та прискорення процесу вилучення фенолу з водних розчинів, при цьому десорбції полютанта не відбувалося. Високий фенол-деструктивний потенціал штаму Васillus subtilis 13 дозволяє рекомендувати його для використання у біотехнологіях очищення стічних вод. Роботу викладено на 41 сторінках, вона містить 4 таблиці та 4 рисунка. Наведено посилання на 56 джерела літератури (43 кирилицею і 13 латиницею).The biotechnological properties of bacteria of the genus Bacillus isolated from pharmaceutical wastewater were studied. High phenol destructive activity of strain F13 was established, which was identified as Bacillus subtilis 13 by phenotypic, cultural and physiological-biochemical properties. Immobilization of Bacillus subtilis 13 bacteria on sorbent carriers desorption of the pollutant did not occur. The high phenol-destructive potential of the strain Bacillus subtilis 13 allows to recommend it for use in biotechnologies of sewage treatment.
