Спостерігалося підвищення кількості вкорінених чубуків винограду на 5%, кількості бруньок, що розпустилися, – на 7 – 8%, середньої довжини зелених пагонів – на 11,5 – 16,8%, середньої площі листків – на 11,0 – 20,3%. Розроблено схеми технологій виробництва біопрепаратів на основі даних штамів та їх застосування на чубуках винограду. Дипломну роботу викладено на 56 сторінках, вона містить 11 рисунків. Наведено посилання на 80 джерел літератури (6 кирилицею та 74 латиницею).Effect of the strains Lactobacillus plantarum ОNU 12, Bacillus megaterium ОNU 484 and their mixture L. plantarum ОNU 12 and B. megaterium ОNU 484 in a ratio 1:1 on rooting of grapevine cuttings and some growth characteristics was studied. Amount of rooted cuttings increased in 5%, number of buds that grew – in 7 – 8%, average length of green shoots – in 11,5 – 16,8%, average leaf area – in 11,0 – 20,3%. Technological schemes of biological products production based on these strains and their use on grapevine cuttings were developed.
