Grape pomace is a very valuable raw material for wine ethanol production (spiritus vini). Grape pomace contains grape skins, grape seeds that contain polyphenols, anthocyanins, and natural antioxidants. We proposed, therefore, to use this valuable raw material for ethanol production. Although it is seasonal raw material, large amounts remain after grape processing.enwinewine yeastgrape pomaceSaccharomyces cerevisiaeWine yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae for grape pomace fermentation and ethanol production for pharmaceutical industryArticle
