We clarified the concept of «experience of burnout,» presented its structure as a system of mental properties from the standpoint of the subject-activity approach proved its structuraldynamic model. Burnout studying depends on the paradigm in which he was consider. A concept «experiencing of the burnout» is in-process specified, his structure as make — system properties is presented psychical from positions of subject-activity approach, grounded him dynamically structural model and certainly composition of components: target determination (dominant and additional having a special purpose determinants) and task system (main and second-rate tasks). Based on a theoretical analysis of the literature found that from the standpoint of the subject-active approach under experience of burnout refers to the process of adaptation to suboptimal work stress.
