Обробка чубуків бактеріями L. plantarum призвела до наступних змін: збільшення кількості вкорінених чубуків на 10,4 - 18,6%, кількості бруньок, що розпустилися, на 22,6 - 24,2%, збільшення середньої довжини зелених пагонів на 18,8 – 84,4%, та середньої площі листків до 85,2%. Розроблено технологію стимуляції росту рослин. Роботу викладено на 48 сторінках, вона містить 9 рисунків. Наведено посилання на 54 джерела літератури (24 кирилицею та 30 латиницею).The research of influence of biopreparation based on Lactobacillus plantarum on rooting of grape cuttings and further growth of the plants. The treatment of L. plantarum cuttings resulted in the following changes: an increase in the number of rooted cuttings 10,4 - 18,6%, in amount of open buds in 22,6 - 24,2%, as well as an increase in the average length of green shoots 18,8 – 84,4%, and the average leaf area till 85,2%. Technology of stimulation of plant growth was developed. Diploma thesis is expounded on 48 pages, it contains 9 figures.
