Определены основные инновационные стратегии ТНК и их отличительные черты.The article summarizes the features of innovation management in transnational corporations. Reviewed the internationalization process of innovative activities in TNCs, showed the main advantages of innovation activity for TNCs. It was described the main innovative strategies of TNCs and their unique characteristics. The aim of the article is to substantiate the importance of innovation management as a priority instrument of competitive struggle of transnational companies in the conditions of innovation processes intensification. The following approaches and methods were used in the article: the systems approach – to consider the development of the innovation management and study its influence on the competitiveness of transnational companies; methods of classification – for substantiation the importance of internationalization process for transnational companies and sources of competitive advantages in the conditions of innovation processes intensification. The development of innovation management has been considered in the article; its influence on the competitiveness of transnational companies has been studied. The importance of innovations as a priority instrument of competitive struggle of TNC and sources of competitive advantages the conditions innovation processes intensification has been substantiated.
