First of all, there is the necessity to observe the development of the US relations with Cuba throughout the period of presidency of Barack Obama, Donald Trump, and Joe Biden as since 2008 the American-Cuban relations has undergone significant changes, notably in the period of the Obama’s thaw which was proceeded with a subsequent deteriorating of relations. Thus, the nature and the consequences of these changes and the current state of interstate relations should be detected to compare different foreign policy strategies with the aim of singling out the most efficient model. Secondly, nowadays, the world stands on the threshold of the inevitable transformation of well-established international contacts, ways of cooperation and, above all, international order.
