Визначення таких кіл відбувається з урахуванням особливостей відносин з сусідніми країнами, викликів та існуючих конфліктів на регіональному рівні, а також в контексті актуальних світових процесів. Україна має дуже складне геополітичне розташування, яке на початку ХХІ століття стало ще комплекснішим через турбулентність міжнародної системи.Over a long period, Ukraine has avoided to guarantee its security in a format, which could irritate Russia or threaten good neighborly relations with it. However, the Kremlin has consistently pursued a strategy of destabilizing and splitting Ukraine and its neighborhood thinking solely of Russia’s own geopolitical interests, which include new relations with other centers of power, retaining its supremacy on the postSoviet space and putting in practice new strategies to achieve their foreign policy goals. This leaves Ukraine little hope to be able to preserve its sovereignty, if it acts on its own. Therefore, new powerful mechanisms are to be developed on the international scale in order to guarantee sovereignty and security of such nations, as Ukraine, which are at war with a neighboring neoimperialist state.ukнейтралітетбезпека УкраїниArticle
