In this article , on the basis of the analysis of the text of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU, analyzed the prospects for such cooperation. Attempts to bring socioeconomic system of Ukraine to the EU system provides for a gradual solution to the legal and technical issues that, for a period of 10 years will be to specify the "test mode" of relations between Ukraine and the EU. The aim of this work is an attempt to analyze the subject of the Ukraine–European Union Association Agreement and define the probable risks and benefits of this treaty. Negotiations on a new basic agreement between Ukraine and the EU to replace the current Agreement on partnership and cooperation was launched in March 2007 (in 2008, the parties agreed on the name of the future agreement – the Association Agreement). 11 Nov 2011 in Brussels hosted the final of the twenty-first round of negotiations on concluding the Association Agreement, which was agreed to, all the provisions of the Agreement.
