Гульпа. – Одеса, 2022. – 87 с.https://dspace.onu.edu.ua/handle/123456789/35165У кваліфікаційній роботі висвітлено сучасні тенденції розвитку системи професійної підготовки майбутніх перекладачів та особливості її організації в найбільш розвинених європейських (Франція, Німеччина) та північноамериканських (Канада, США) країн, а також у закладах вищої освіти України. Основна увага приділена конкретизації питань, які стосуються використання новітніх форм, методів і засобів організації професійної підготовки майбутніх перекладачів, а також інноваційних технологій в контексті порівняння спільних і відмінних рис у їх впровадженні в означених зарубіжних країнах та в Україні. Упродовж проведення емпіричного дослідження, спрямованого на вияв суб’єктивних чинників, які впливають на якість організації професійної підготовки майбутніх перекладачів, були використані апробовані психологічні методики діагностики емоційно-вольової сфери та спрямованості особистості, які дозволяли визначити особливості формування здобувачів як суб’єктів перекладацької діяльності. Отримані дані свідчать про необхідність налаштування спеціально організованого комплексу психолого-педагогічного супроволу навчально-пізнавальної й навчально-професійної діяльності майбутніх перекладачів щодо зниження рівнів їхньої інтолерантності та підвищення здатності ефективно діяти в змінених умовах праці та в складних ситуаціях міжкультурної комунікації. Це сприятиме підвищенню рівнів готовності майбутніх перекладачів до успішної професійної діяльності та особистісного розвитку.The qualification work highlights the current trends in the development of the system of professional training of future translators and the peculiarities of its organization in the most developed European (France, Germany) and North American (Canada, USA) countries, as well as in higher education institutions of Ukraine. The main attention is paid to the specification of issues related to the use of the latest forms, methods and means of organizing the professional training of future translators, as well as innovative technologies in the context of comparing common and distinctive features in their implementation in the specified foreign countries and in Ukraine. In the course of conducting an empirical study aimed at identifying subjective factors that affect the quality of the organization of professional training of future translators, proven psychological methods of diagnosing the emotional-volitional sphere and the orientation of the individual were used, which made it possible to determine the peculiarities of the formation of applicants as subjects of translation activity. The obtained data indicate the need to set up a specially organized complex of psychological-pedagogical support for the educational-cognitive and educational-professional activities of future translators in order to reduce the levels of their intolerance and increase the ability to act effectively in changed working conditions and in complex situations of intercultural communication.
