Саме у грі особа розвивається вільно і гармонійно. Гра є основним інструментом тренерської діяльності з різними категоріями людей: дітьми, батьками, студентами, керівниками.Play is a basic tool in trainings with people of diverse categories: children, parents, students, managers and etc. Play creates easy atmosphere of teamwork and co-creation, safety and credence in a group. That particular factors constitute mandatory condition for effectiveness of psychological and pedagogical and psychotherapeutic activities. Only play atmosphere ensures personal growth of members within the group. The article is targeted to investigate play behavior and play interaction in the training situation that will allow to create a device of cooperation with a partner and contests with a competitor. Play as a psychological method may be applied to settlement of the following three tasks: 1) possibility to live in play space, to sink into play world and relations; 2) being free in play space, recognize own peculiarities and build up relations with other people; 3) comprehension of experience in plays, use play as an instrument of self-knowledge and life experiments. Psychological play is a specific type of psychological work in the training situation. Each play is a «small life», finished fragment of creative life that allows its participants to master significant experience of activity, communication, self-knowledge and self-development. Figuratively saying, theory of play is a spiritual child of the whole history of philosophic, psychological and pedagogical thought.
