У процесі проведення емпіричного дослідження обґрунтовано результати дослідження з вияву стану сприятливого морально-психологічного клімату в колективі викладачів-філологів. Виявлено шляхи підвищення ефективності процесу формування сприятливого морально-психологічного клімату в колективі викладачів-філологів.The master's work analyzed the main approaches to the study of the problem of forming a favorable moral and psychological climate in the team of philology teachers. The essence and significance of the moral-psychological climate in the team of philology teachers, the peculiarities of managing the process of forming a favorable moral-psychological climate in the team of employees of educational institutions are revealed, the content and structure of the moral-psychological climate in the team are revealed. Pedagogical conditions and means aimed at creating a favorable moral and psychological climate in the team of philology teachers are characterized. In the process of conducting an empirical study, the results of the study on the manifestation of a favorable moral and psychological climate in the team of philology teachers were substantiated.
