In experiments in vitro, the research strain increases the germination of tomato seeds by 10-16% and of cucumbers by 7-20%. In in vitro experiments, treatment with a 3% and 5% suspension of the B. megaterium ONU 500 strain leads to an increase in the weight of the aboveground and underground part of tomato sprouts by 98% and 125%, and 78% and 204%, respectively.
