Було досліджено адгезивні та антагоністичні властивості штаму L. plantarum ОНУ 311. В ході проведених експериментів було виявлено, що L. plantarum ОНУ 311 має високі адгезивні властивості до епітеліоцитів людини. Крім того, було виявлено антагоністичні властивості щодо штаму цвільового гриба Aspergillus candidus. Наведено посилання на 43 джерела літератури (36 кирилицею та 7 латиницею).A study of the fermentation of dairy products by bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus and the perspective of their use in the production of yogurt were carried out. The adhesive and antagonistic properties of the strain L. plantarum ONU 311 were studied. During the experiments it was found that L. plantarum ONU 311 has high adhesive properties to human epitheliocytes. Moreover, the strain showed antagonistic properties against the strain of mold Aspergillus candidus. Diploma is expounded on 34 pages, it contains 4 tables,5 figures and 1 technological schema.
