dc.description.abstractВ роботі було проведене дослідження впливу обробок L. plantarum на схожість насіння та морфологічні характеристики проростків однодольних та дводольних декоративних рослин. Можемо зазначити, що обробки насіння сумішшю штамів L. plantarum OНУ 12 і L. plantarum OНУ 311 призвели до покращення морфологічних показників стану сіянців, а також було помічено, що позитивний вплив варіювався в залежності від концентрацій суміші, виду тест-рослин та умов вирощування. Враховуючи отримані данні, можна з впевненістю затвердити, що препарат на основі бактерій виду Lactobacillus plantarum: L. plantarum OНУ 12 та L. plantarum ОНУ 311 позитивно впливає на ріст однодольних та дводольних рослин в тепличних умовах, а також в умовах відкритого ґрунту. Роботу викладено на 54 сторінках, вона містить 4 таблиці та 13 рисунків. Наведено посилання на 54 джерела літератури (29 кирилицею та 25 латиницею).uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThis work is dedicated to the study of influence of treatments of L. plantarum on germination of seeds and morphological characteristics of seedlings of the monocots and dicotyledonous ornamental plants. It was found out that treatments of seeds with mixture of cultures of L. plantarum ONU 12 and L. plantarum ONU 311 resulted in the improvement of morphological indexes of the state of seedlings, and also it was noticed that positive influence varied depending on the concentrations of mixture, type of plants of test and terms of cultivation. Taking into account the obtained data, it was possible to confirm, that preparation based on bacteria Lactobacillus plantarum: L. plantarum ONU 12 and L. plantarum ONU 311, positively influences on growth of the monocots and dicotyledonous plants under greenhouse conditions, and also under the conditions of the open soil. Work is expounded on 51 pages, it contains 4 tables and 13 figures. Reference to 54 sources of literature is resulted (29 cyrillic and 25 latinic).
