Анотація
The elastic layer can be considered as a model object for applying methods of solving problems in the elasticity theory, aiming to identify patterns in the stress-strain state of three-dimensional bodies [2–5, 11, 13–16]. Traditional approaches to solving such problems involve the representation of unknown functions through harmonic or biharmonic functions, as well as the application of potential theory methods. Notable contributions in this area include the monographs by V.T. Grinchenko and A.F. Ulitko [2], which systematically present spatial elasticity problems for elastic bodies of canonical forms, and the historical analysis of biharmonic problems by V. V. Meleshko [3]. Research by V.
