The Essays" by Montaigne, first published in 1580, has not ceased to be the subject of interpretations of philosophers, literary scholars, historians, culturologists till this today. The interest in this publication with the unusual format, the essayistic delivery of information, the genre, which was formulated based on the method proposed by Montaigne, has been decreasing and increasing during different cultural periods.
