У доповіді основна увага приділяється проблемі інтерпретації та розуміння термінів для визначення основного основного права людини - права на сприятливі для життя і здоров'я середовища. Аналіз ключових моментів залежить від положень наукових розробок вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених, міжнародних конвенцій та основних законів деяких пострадянських країн та країн Європейського Союзу.
The report focuses on the problem of interpretation and understanding of terms to define the basic fundamental human right – the right to favorable for life and health environment. Analysis of key moments is subject to the provisions of the scientific developments of domestic and foreign scientists, international conventions and fundamental laws of some post-Soviet countries and countries of the European Union.
