Це робиться з використанням лінгвістичних методів інтерпретації для формування єдиного підходу до їх розуміння в правоохоронних органах.uk
dc.description.abstractIn the article the problems of differentiation of the feature «crime scene» and the related objective evidence in certain articles of the Criminal code of Ukraine are considered. This is done with the use of linguistic methods of interpretation for the formation of a unified approach to their understanding in law enforcement. The conclusion is justified that with the clarification of the content of the elements of the crime are subject to interpretation in the first place is not the title of the article of the law, and the evidence of a crime enshrined by provisions of the criminal law. The additional arguments that the legislative concepts are often illustrating only the vector of direction of the actions of the perpetrator, with the help of the legislator to a greater extent describes the corresponding socially dangerous act punishable under the criminal code of Ukraine, not the place of its commission, are provided.uk
