dc.description.abstractСтаттю присвячено дослідженню особливостей та проблемних аспектів впровадження екологічної сертифікації в Україні, як нового напрямку природоохоронної діяльності в нашій державі. Звертається увага, що питання створення системи екологічної сертифікації в Україні та здійснення адаптації норм вітчизняного законодавства до європейських вимог є нагальним, враховуючи реалії сьогодення: процеси євроінтеграції, формування ринку екотехнологій та екопослуг. uk
dc.description.abstractNowadays, there are certain problems of inactive using and incomplete definition of environmental certification in Ukrainian legislation. The process of adapting national legislation to European requirements is extremely actual, because the introduction of international standards in this sphere will contribute to the improvement of competitive and high-tech production. The active application of environmental certification in practice will promote the creation of conditions for the organization of productions that comply with the established environmental requirements, the introduction of environmentally sound technological processes and equipment, the production of environmentally friendly products in Ukraine etc. The concept of environmental certification, features and areas of environmental certification of enterprises in Ukraine to consolidate on the legislative level has been proposed through the enactment of law about environmental certification to introduce in our state the requirements of EU directives and international standards in the field of environmental certification.en
