Анотація
У структурі гострих кишкових захворювань серед умовно-патогенних мікроорганізмів домінувала в монокультурі Klebsiella pneumoniae (15 %). Чільне місце серед ГКІ займає мікст-інфікування (26 %). Найбільшою кількістю були представлені асоціації бактерій виду Klebsiella pneumoniae зі Staphylococcus aureus (25 %). На підставі вивчення біологічних властивостей досліджені штами були ідентифіковані як представники виду Klebsiella pneumoniae. Усі досліджені штами K. рneumoniae були чутливі до карбапенемів (іміпенема та меропенема), резистентні до ампіциліну.
At the structure of acute intestinal diseases among opportunistic pathogens was dominated monoculture of Klebsiella pneumoniae (15 %). The prominent place among of acute intestinal infections belongs to mixed infections (26 %). The greatest number were presented by the association of Klebsiella pneumoniae bacteria with Staphylococcus aureus (25 %). Based on the study of biological properties the investigated strains were identified as representatives of the species Klebsiella pneumoniae. All experimental strains of K. pneumoniae were susceptible to carbapenems - imipenem and meropenem.
