EU member states have successfully developed and implemented various policies and mechanisms aimed at creating a favorable investment climate, protecting investors' rights, and ensuring the stability of financial flows. This has led to a high level of economic integration and coordination among member countries, promoting the free movement of capital and reducing investment risks.en
